1)NOT ALL PRIORITY AND PRIORITY FOUNDATIONS VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. 3)EMPLOYEES HAVE NOT YET SIGNED 1B FORMS. 5)THE FACILITY HAS NOT OBTAINED A BODILY FLUIDS CLEAN UP KIT. 16)THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK HAS BEEN CLEANED AND SANITIZED. THE CLEANING TASKS HAVE BEEN STARTED, AS THE EXHAUST HOODS, COUNTERTOP, FREEZERS, AND COOLER INTERIORS HAVE BEEN CLEANED. HOWEVER, MANY ITEMS STILL NEED TO BE CLEANED, INCLUDING THE COOLER EXTERIORS, BREADING CART, FRYER EXTERIORS, WARMING UNIT, AND FLOORS. ADDITIONALLY, FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION HAS NOT BEEN STARTED BY THE EMPLOYEES. A PATHWAY HAD BEEN CLEARED TO THE BATHROOM, SO ADDITIONAL ITEMS WERE NOTED ON THIS INSPECTION RELATING TO THE BATHROOM. THE MANAGER, SONNY, WAS NOT ON SITE DURING THIS INSPECTION. I WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT HIM TO REMEDY THESE ITEMS. HOWEVER, CONTINUED FAILURE TO CORRECT VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF THE FOOD LICENSE. |
